Job Title:            Recruitment Associate.

Location:           Victoria Island, Lagos.

We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Associate to assist our HR department in attracting and hiring top talent for our organization. The Recruitment Associate will play a key role in sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand client’s needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Communicate with candidates regarding interview details, job offers, and other relevant information.
  • Assist in the creation and posting of job descriptions on company websites and external job boards.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, background checks, and orientation.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed, including filing, data entry, and other tasks.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • HR certifications is an added advantage.
  • Proven experience in recruitment.
  • Recruitment Associate with Direct Sales Agent (DSA) recruitment experience will be considered an important advantage.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the role.

Remuneration: 150k – 200k depending on the level of experience. Other benefits such as HMO, PAYE, etc. are available.
