Recruitment Associate
Job Title: Recruitment Associate.
Type: Full Time.
Division: HR.
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos.
We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Associate to assist our HR department in attracting and hiring top talent for our organization. The Recruitment Associate will play a key role in sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand client’s needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview details, job offers, and other relevant information.
- Assist in the creation and posting of job descriptions on company websites and external job boards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, background checks, and orientation.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed, including filing, data entry, and other tasks.
Qualification & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- HR certifications is an added advantage.
- Proven experience in recruitment.
- Recruitment Associate with Direct Sales Agent (DSA) recruitment experience will be considered an important advantage.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the role.
Remuneration: 150k – 200k depending on the level of experience. Other benefits such as HMO, PAYE, etc. are available.
