Certification of Capability in Business Analysis™(CCBA®)

This professional certification is for business analysis practitioners who want to be recognized for their expertise and skills by earning formal recognition.

The CCBA® exam is 3 hours long and consists of 130 multiple choice questions. The questions are scenario-based (i.e. candidate must do a bit of analysis to arrive at the answer). It is competency-basedand aligned with BABOK® Guide Version 3.

Certified Business Analysis Professional™(CBAP®)

This professional certification is for individuals with extensive business analysis experience.

The CBAP® exam is 3.5 hours long and consists of 120 multiple choice questions. The questions are case study-based (i.e. longer cases (1-1.5 pages) of information) with multiple questions about the case. It is competency-based and aligned with BABOK® Guide Version 3.
