Regional On-Trade Development Manager

Our client, Fast Moving Consumer Good (FMCG) company with depots across the country, urgently need smart and resourceful individuals to join their team to drive continue success.


  • Prepare and adhere to annual On-Trade sales target
  • Prepare and achieve annual on-trade penetration (strike) target
  • Prepare annual BTL marketing activity plan for the On-Trade operation in the Region
  • Enlist new On-Trade retail outlets within the Region
  • Ensure effective and efficient use of all POS materials meant for On-Trade
  • Monitor and report our brands shelf presence vis-a-vis competition in the On-Trade
  • Monitor and report competitive activities and proffer solutions for same within the assigned Region
  • Prepare periodic On-Trade sales performance reports


  • Possess B.Sc / HND in Social Science with  a minimum of 2nd Class or its equivalent 
  • Have a minimum of 8 years of work experience in sales operations in FMCG. Work experience in the On-Trade will be an advantage
  • Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools
  • Have a good analytical, communication and presentations skills
  • Have strong leadership skill and high degree of integrity
