CAPM® stands for Certified associate in project management which is a certification provided by the Project Management Institute. This covers the project preparation, project planning, project execution, project control, project monitoring, and management. It also covers the fundamentals, processes, key concepts, and protocols of project management.
CAPM® certification is in high demand due to its comprehensive coverage of essential project management skills, industry recognition, and the career advancement opportunities it provides. A secondary degree (high school diploma, associate’s degree, or global equivalent) and 23 hours of project management education completed by the time you sit for the exam.
The CAPM® certification is valid for five years. After that, you will need to retake the exam to maintain your certification.
The CAPM® exam consists of 150 multiple-choice questions, and you have three hours to complete it.
