Learning and Development Personnel

OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Learning and Development personnel, preferably a female to coordinate our organization’s eLearning strategy, oversee its implementation and assess its outcomes.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participate in creating and implementing training programs
  • Attract prospects using digital marketing and social networking tools
  • Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, and consultation with line managers
  • Prepare eLearning platforms for virtual and self-paced learning opportunities
  • Create٫ review and disseminate training materials
  • Prepare reports on training activities and results
  • Act as a point-of-contact for vendors and participants
  • Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices
  • Ensure the compliance of all training activities with established policies and best practices

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a Training Administrator, HR Assistant or similar role
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking ability
  • Good experience in using digital marketing tools to attract, convert and retain clients
  • Good practical experience with MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Strong communication skills with great attention to detail
  • Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc)
  • Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals
  • A good background in business, leadership, human resources, development and education.
  • BSc or BA degree in Business٫ Sales & Marketing, Learning and Education or other relevant area
  • Should not be more than 30 years of age
  • Should reside in Port Harcourt
